27-11-2010 Offida prepares for a new challenge The Offida organizational machine is switched back on for a new and exciting challenge and for the preparation of another important competition: the 2011 European Championships, which will take place on the roads of the province of Ascoli Piceno from 14 to 17 July.

"We never really stopped" - said Gianni Spaccasassi, president of Sca Offida. - The same night the Junior World Championships ended, we were out on patrol with Roland Hofer, secretary general of the European Cycling Union, making changes to the circuit which, this time, will involve junior and U23 riders, men and women, in the individual time trial and road specialties. Eight races will be held which will be even more challenging than the Junior World Championships, both for the organization and for the territory, which passed the test with flying colors during the World event last August.

The official presentation of the event will be held on Sunday 12 December, during the traditional year-end festivities of the Offida Amateur Cycling Club. The organizational growth of Sca Offida chaired by Gianni Spaccasassi:
