Larisa Pankova is the new European road Champion under 23. The Russian beat the Belorussian, Amaliusik and Dutch cyclist, Brand. The French rider Rivat came in fourth place, followed by two Italians, Scandolara and Longo Borghini.

Pierre Henri Lecuisinier is European Junior Champion 2011-07-17
France dominated the junior male road race won by Pierre Henri Lecuisinier who bet his countryman, Olivier Le Gac (Junior World Champion last year on the same route) to the finish line, followed by Belgian, Loic Vliegen. Italiano athlete, Valerio Conti was first among the pack.
